PENEFOL® 950

HDPE membrane suitable as a radon barrier up to high radon risk, insulation against petroleum and chemical products.

PENEFOL® 950 is a HDPE waterproofing  membrane. It is used as a chemically durable, long-life insulation of construction industry, garbage dumps, chemical baths, gas stations, emergency and intercepting traps, reservoirs for sludge storage, silage gutter etc.

PENEFOL® 950 HDPE membrane is sufficiently resistant to oil and chemical products, high radon risk, acids, bases, salts, plant roots.

Membrane laying practically

Membrane with thickness from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm is mostly used for waterproof insulation of dumps. Both sides of the PENEFOL ® 950 must be protected against UV radiation with geotextiles. Use exclusively a hot wedge without an open flame to weld HDPE membranes and extrusion welding to weld the details.

You can have a peaceful sleep with the PENEFOL ® 950 HDPE membrane in the foundation of your building. Nothing gets outside nor inside. The membrane is produced in our factory in Žďár nad Sázavou, CZECH REPUBLIC. The ISO 9001 certificate testifies the good quality of our production.

In construction, PENEFOL® 950 is used as:

  • a permanent protection and effective barrier against oil and petroleum products (fuel station, service repairs and workshops, parking places),
  • insulation of sewage treatment plants, chemical plants, waste dumps,
  • reservoirs for sludge storage insulation,
  • silage gutters insulation,
  • insulation of chemical and irrigation vessels to avoid contamination of ground water and sealing of fire reservoirs.

In addition, PENEFOL® 950 HDPE membrane can be further used as:

  • plates and cut-outs of specific dimensions for various uses (textile, leather, sports, automotive, and furniture industry).
